It'll be synned as it's a meat product! Its only lean meat that is free-chorizo is a sausage! Not sure of syn value as in work at the moment-if you do a search on the forum then you might find the syn value

It'd depend on the nutritional info, that value is just an average. If you've got the info we can out it in the calculator for you, if not just go with the average value.
