Didnt post on here much when i orginally started a whole year ago...but im back!!

And have put the whole 3 stone i lost back on plus half a pound *hangs head in shame*.

I will do it this time Have never felt so motivated ever!!!

Thanks guys . Yeah I can do it. No excuse but lots of things threw me off track last year, the main one been moving into my own place. Was so used to mum doing all my cooking..and it was easier to throw a pizza in the oven lol. x
