is bovril allowed?

am now in a blinding panic i just had a hot bovril without checking and am totally freaking out incase i am not in ketosis anymore, someone please put me out of my misery and tell me if i am or not.

I don't think it's officially allowed but I looked it up and in the drink version there are only 2.3g of carbs in a serving and 16 calories so you will be ok. I'd restrict it to 1 cup per day though as the carbs can add up if you're not careful.
