Is Chilli & Crab Angel Hair Pasta Free?

Hi

I am looking to cook the Angel Hair Pasta with Crab & Chilli from the SW site tonight. I am following a green day today, and the site says it is free...but it has crab in it, and doesnt mention using the crab as a HE.

Would you think this is free then?

No you would have to use the crab as your HEXB/s, crab will never be free on Green. 115g is a HEXB.
In fact I think they must have made an error on this as it also says Free on Red. You only get 35g dried weight of wholemeal pasta on red, so I dont know where they think they're going to fit "450g dried angel hair pasta or linguine" if it serves 4 (even if you can get wholemeal angel hair)

I thought it was a bit wrong!!! Will use the crab as my other HEB then!
