Just wondered, will curry powder affect ketosis??
    how about garam masala??

I wondered as we are not allowed ginger and garlic and I assume both of those are in these dried spices???

I would like to have something a bit curryish sometime.
Also does curry powder go well with quorn???

What herbs spices veg do you put in your quorn??

Looking for ideas for tomorrows SS+ meal.

    Thanks for reading x

No idea whether curry powder goes well with quorn (but I would've thought it did :)) - but yes, you can have curry powder even if you're SS-ing - no more than 1g per day (so you can have curry powder in vegetable soup for example). I think the amounts of garlic and ginger in the curry powder would only be tiny so that's probably why it's ok.

    Hope this helps a bit.

A tablespoon of curry powder or other spices contains around 6g of carb, thats quite a lot if you are relying on your diet being low carb, but if having some spicy food occasionaly keeps you on the straight and narrow then what harm will it do
