It was for me, but on day 4 I felt great so it was worth it.

Just keep taking the pills (for the headaches) and the water (chuffin' gallons of it) and you'll be fine!

My bad day was day 4 took some tablets and had some me time & i was fine by lunchtime, think its the switchover to using stored fat.
keep at it hun and you'll come through the otherside not interested in food at all x

I was fine yesterday intil around 6pm then my body for ages was telling me to eat, however I stuck to it and went to bed early and today apart from headsches am feeling much better, no worried about the shakes could take em or leave em, dont feel like I want to eat anything.

It def gets easier, today is prob the hard day for you but the sounds of it, do something to take your mind of it.

You CAN do it.
