Extra Easy Days Is easiyo low fat greek yoghurt free or have syns?

Hi all, does anybody know if the easiyo yoghurt real base and culture low fat greek style (unsweetened) is free or has a syn value on the extra easy plan? I have triedn looking on the body optimise website and in the books but nothing is listed. Any help would be appreciated. Thankyou. x

I just did a search and it says 0.5 syns per 200g the full fat Greek is only 1.5 per 100g and Greek and honey is 2.5!
The only free ones are skimmers, reduced fat strawberry and vanilla! That's on all plans!
