Is EE slower?

I think that a 2lb a week weight loss is good, and sustainable, although 3lbs is great its a big figure to achieve week in week out, my advice which doesnt mean much would be to give red green a go, if it makes a difference great, if not then stick with the 2lbs a week at least unlike on cambridge you can eat pretty much anything as long as its on the right day etc.
 
I agree Snuggles.. will give the Red/Green days a go next week, to see if that makes any difference. If it does, then will bring in EE and alternate that too the following week.. and see what that brings me, lol..
 
you can still eat meat with green, you just have to weigh it and have as hex you get 2 heA and 2heB with green aswell, and i have a EE day on a sunday so can have loads chicken on my sunday roast :)
