HI - thats a fab loss!!! Honestly.
I lost 13lb in my first week then 4lb in my 2nd. I think cos you have a massive loss in the 1st week you expect it every week but its mainly water in that first week and now you're losing fat so its all good!!
Thats an amazing loss..you should be so proud of yourself. 16lbs in 2 weeks...fabulous... I lost 14lbs in two weeks and that was fab to me. What other diet can you have such fab losses.
