Is it a general rule that fat free AND sugar free yoghurts r free?

asda have just brought out some new flavours and I love the rhubarb & vanilla one

I have been having aldi yoghurts and I know they r synned as they have sugar in them - don't do muller cos of the boiled hoofs and bones issue....

If this is a general rule it would be great..
 
it is says SUGAR free then yes they are more than likely free, however FAT free doesn't mean SUGAR free, a lot of fat free food bump up the sugar levels.
 
The new Asda 450g pots are syn free except for the strawberry wholegrain one :)
