Step 1 Sole Source is it actually weekly?

    now I'm on my 4th week of Cambridge diet, or maybe you can say 2nd if you're not counting the time before the 3 days I stopped the diet. any way I've been reading people writing weekly weigh in but I only go twice a month. my CDC asked me to go after 2 weeks not each week. so is it different from person to another or is it just like this at the beginning ???

    I get weighed in weekly because I like the motivation of seeing a loss. It boosts me for the next week:

    Fortnightly is fine, if you can go that long lol the losses will always be pretty decent as well fortnightly.

    Have you asked her if you can see her more?

    Current loss: 12lbs and 7.5inches

    I think it's just the agreement between you and your cwc. I see mine weekly to keep me on the wagon and doing well. Not sure if like to go longer. My cwc did say that she has a client who only goes to her once a month! Seems a long time between weigh ins to me.

    If you'd like weekly weigh ins just ask, I'm sure she'll oblige.
