Is it possible to have too much fruit???

Fruit *IS* speedy/superspeedy. You would have to eat 70, yes SEVENTY, apples to put on a pound. I doubt many people get through that many...

Most fruit is superfree but not all is speed or superspeed like bananas and blueberries.

I agree with what people have said about eating fruit rather than junk, but if you are 'just picking for the sake of it and not because you are genuinely hungry you could add in extra calories for example two handfuls of grapes is 100 cals and eating loads of fruit i.e. picking all day (NOT because of hunger) could add say 500 cals to your daily intake and definitely could effect your weight loss.

But I do agree if you feel like you have to something or you'll go off plan completely fruit is much better than junk :)
