is oxo sqeezy syned or free ?

hi does anyone know if the new oxo sqeezy tubes have syns or free i used one yesterday because i couldnt find chicken bovril

I already have 2 tubes and already used one the other week, so easy and never goes lumpy ! I just syned it like normal gravy but would love it to be free.

What make? You can just use 1 syn for every 20 calories for foods like this

1 syn per 100ml as sold for chicken (25 cals) and
I'd personally use 1.5 syns for 100ml as sold (27 cals) for the onion.

Just wondered where you got the syn values from? As they contradict the calorie value you've put! Sw work it out using 1syn for every 20 cals, therefore the numbers don't make sense

Obviously having a 'doh' moment when I typed (prob using 10 cals per syn!) .... they'd all be just over 1 but I'd tend to use 1.5 for the Onion
