is pineapple juice from a fresh pineapple synned?

as the above ,you know when you eat a fresh pineapple and its free but you know the little bit of juice that you nget from it would that be synned to?

just found a recepie that needs 4,floz of pineapple juice and i wondered if i could use the little bit you get from a fresh one

The point of synning juice is that you can over consume a lot of calories with very little effort - one glass of pinapple juice is probably made up of loads of fresh crushed concentrated pinapple(s) that would take ages to eat if you ate the actual pinapple.

The amount of juice you get from the fresh pinapple is minimal - add that to a meal/recipe and per portion it will be tiny.

Dunno what the comment about heb was - pineapple (fresh) is free on all plans! Only tinned/dried is synned

thanks all,think slickers meant the tinned pineapple.
think i wont bother synning the juice cos ive got to divide it between 6 of us so id say minimal syns if any
