Is the weekend any harder?

I think keeping busy is the key. I'm busy renovating my house at the moment so that keeps me occupied. If you don't already have a hobby, now is the time to take one up! Something like crocheting or knitting is good as it keeps your hands busy.

The main problem for me at the weekend is not drinking enough. If we end up going somewhere I find it difficult to drink the amount of water I should be; driving, wandering around places, watching the kids etc.

In all honesty I don't find the weekends any harder! I'm on summer holiday now and so I'm at home during the weekdays and sometimes on weekends and I still find them the same. Once you've passed the first week, it'll be better. I've found that it is; keeping busy is really helpful x
I totally hear your pain about weekends at first you think it's going to be a nightmare but by day 5 you'll be well in Ketosis so you won't feel hungry. Good luck and stay busy!

I do find weekends harder. I used to eat lots of candy and snacks on weekends before CD and done that since I was like.. 4..
It's hard to make big changes. But keep yourself busy and you'll get through it. :)

Definitely keeping busy is the key. First time round Friday nights were the worst for me I'd crave all sorts thinking it was time for a treat- I never gave in but it was weird as I didn't do anything routinely on a Friday night.... eyes on the prize and all those georgeous outfits you'll be able to buy for future weekends!

I find weekends are hard as I haven't got anything to keep my busy!
Daughter has mcdonalds (Sorry to mention that) on Saturday as her once a week treat so that's hard to resist too.
I agree with someone who said drinking is a real problem while out shopping etc as I never want to use the toliets while out and as you well know you can pee for England on this diet!
Try and keep busy and you'll do fine!
Keep thinking of the reasons why you are on the diet to keep you focused!
