I have had several diet plans and several weigh in days with no luck. I am planning saturday weigh in after I really sat down and thought about it doing Slimming World . Its simple, not a lot of counting. I have made a chart and printed it off so I can simply mark off the carbs and proteins etc as I eat them. Good luck to everyone.
