Hi all, when I previously used this forum we set up a monthly challenge each month stating how much we wanted to lose in that particular month then each week after our weigh in we would update our losses and hopefully achieve our own personal goal each month.
For Example
Mishie089 - Target 14lbs - Losses -3lbs, -5lbs
Joe Bloggs - Target 8lbs - Losses - 2lbs, 4lbs
Does this still exist or should I create one?
