you can have salmon when you get on to 1000 Nessie! yum!

Georgie, you will find that you can now really taste the difference between the fish as well. Before i did cd i wouldnt have really known if i was eating cod, haddock, plaice etc but now i can REALLY taste the difference between each fish. Sea bass is really gorgeous, you must try it.

btw, when i first started 790 i found it really hard to eat a whole meal. Its sometimes easier to divide them into 2 small meals at the start. Your stomach soon adapts though and within a few days the 790 meals are fine

Thanks for all your help and you were right JJJ it seemed an enormous portion, kept having to recheck the book and the weight, can't believe we are allowed so much. Enjoyed every mouthful, ate slowly and savoured it - delicious. Hey, I'm eating healthy food and loving it - who'd have thought!!
