Is there anywhere that explains thus diet?

I think I want to try this diet I am not doing well on slimming world and am flagging.

My friend lost alot of weight on it and has just told me to eat lean meats and fish for 7 days. I have looked on this site and I can't find a link to any info on it?

I would recommend buying the book, "the Dukan diet" i bought mine from Amazon and only cost me less than a fiver including shipping.

I would read that as it explains everything

Absolutely - while you can find all sorts of info on the web, lots of it is inaccurate or incomplete, and the book really isn't expensive and explains well.

Hi, Fatty. It's honestly well worth the wait to prepare yourself properly before starting the diet. You'll be thankful you did as it makes things so much easier and more effective.

It's not just about reading the book, but you need to clear out as many non dukan friendly foods as you can before you start, and go shopping for all the things you'll need to have in. It's definitely worth waiting till you're absolutely ready. You'll get off to a much better start if you're fully prepared.
