Is there more than one OFF PLAN?

As the title says really, yesterday and part of the day before I'm guessing I was doing what could be called "Off Plan" I had a a good breakfast and then drifted through the day eating fruit, I ate a late lunch which was lean mince and peppers, onions garlic and onions and masses of veg, followed by lots of various fruit, but from 4pm didn't feel hungry and continued to eat fruit for the rest of the day and didn't eat until breakfast this morning, now I'm eating fruit but still don't feel particularly hungry now I'll obviously eat a main meal again today but is this OFF PLAN?
