    Hi there,

I'm struggling with no food - I'm still doing well but wondered if there is really such a big difference between this and Atkins as both induce Ketosis?

Atkins followed properly does induce ketosis - but you must follow the book to the letter to get it to work. It can produce rapid weight loss but can also be bad for your heart & arteries. Do some internet research and see if it suits you better.

This diet does get better once in ketosis and once you get used to the shakes. And the weight loss is fantastic! x

If you are struggling with not eating there are 'tfr' plans that you can eat on. Exante has a food week every 4 weeks and there are different plans on cambridge that allow you to eat. Have a look into them :)
