Is there someone doing Tabata exercises ?

I started doing Tabata training and I love it.
I usually do it the beginning of my workout after the warm-up.
Tabata has increased my
metabolism. Has anyone done this and do you like it?
 
We have a new gym council run gym which is one of 4 in the district and I noticed as taster sessions they were doing tabatta circuits. Hadn't got a clue what the difference was. Think I will google now as intrigued
 
I did a little tabata training and also loved it. I was doing different body part focus on different days, e.g. Mon upper body tabata moves, wed lower body, fri core. It helped me get v strong but I decided to do p90x for a more structured programme rather than continue making up my own. When I'm done with p90x I'll definitely be incorporating some tabata...
 
I used to do these when i trained MMA years ago, they was a right killer. I think it all depends on how hard you push yourself doing them, you only get out what you put in.
