TRYING TO HARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


Afternoon all

I was just wondering if there is such a thing??? I mean i do try hard everyweek but most of you know im slow loser grrrr but i would be happy with 1lb a week.

I know first wi last week lost 3lbs this week sts so im basically on track, but ive been on this now for 12 weeks ish and altogether lost 6lbs but its taking forever.

I remember 100% on sw and either sts put half on or lose half but if i cheated i lost dunno how but one week lost 3.5lbs i nearly collapsed, i just dont understand it tbh hahahaha.

Im just wondering if certain foods dont agree, but if weathers stays like this im happy to have a lovely small steak and 3/4 of salad on plate yum yum.

Mmmm maybe you weren't eating enough in sw then hon? Are you eating your full points at the mo? Do you do a lot of excercies - and therefore maybe need to eat a little more?
