...a list of syn-free/zero syn food on here or the SW website (or anywhere)?

By syn-free I mean things like Batchelors Pasta n Sauce, not free food like eggs/rice etc.

ooh I have just discovered there is a SW book on free branded foods. Not seen this at class before though. Will lookie on Ebay for it.

If you're not a class member you can buy books directly from SW at cost price plus P+P. Probably a lot cheaper than Ebay!

Thanks. I've found 2009 version on Ebay for £1 plus £1.50 postage. So will check in class tomorrow and see how much it is
