Is this affecting my weight loss?

Ok I really beleive that I have not eaten anything that I shouldn't have. I ate only what I was allowed. Maybe I'm eating too much veg? I'm really not sure.

Here is what I normally eat for dinner for the past week:

1 large sweet pepper
half an onion
1 garlic clove
2 mushrooms
2 carrots
half a can of chopped tomatoes
and 1 protein choice.

I would always accompany it with a side salad of romain lettuce and 2 tomatoes.

Am I eating too much?

Also I have been having about 50ml's of skimmed milk or water with my shakes. Could this be effecting my weight loss? really need help.
