hi last night i had really yummy tea , morrisons were selling off their fresh fish so i bought some mackrel fillets & coated them in smash also added garlic & fryed them in fry lite , served with slimming world roasties & veg - omg it was gorgeous , am i right in thinking this was FREE .i do hope so !
