Ive never done slimming world before so wanted to check i have eaten so much and never feel hungry i like to graze lol and eatin alot of fruit and masses of beans and big potatos ive followed the plan ...so far. For tea tonight i had a big bowl of bombay potatos with salad is this all ok?? Im worried when weigh day comes i wont have lost anything and instead gained.
