ok I'm wondering if I've eaten too much as I have very large appetite so can anybody tell me if I'm overdoing it?
breakfast - 2 weetabix/skimmed milk HEA B
lunch - large plate of soup - chicken, rice, butterbeans and loads of veg; mullerlight, banana, 2 plums - all free or superfree
dinner - huge bowl of above soup; pork in so jiucy sauce (2 1/2 syns), peppers, couscous average portion, stirfry veg in fry light; mullerlight and other banana
supper - tassimo capuccino - 4 syns
I know I'm sticking to plan but I am still pigging out the way I've always done. Does anybody think this is too much to eat? I don't know what normal is anymore!
