    Diet:
    Cambridge
    I have stick to SS 100% for 20 days, the first 2 weeks felt like I had lost weight, but this week I feel all poddy and horrible, I'm dreading my weigh in on mon! Can you actually put weight on on this diet?

    I wouldn't have thought so. There are a couple of threads at the moment about feeling bloated, they mention not eating your meals too late.

    No I'm not due. I have been having my packs the same time. Could exercise or not enough ester be the cause?
