I am starting again next week.
Although i put up some of the weight i lost, this was the only diet that worked for me.
So roll on next Wednesday- the first meeting of the year.
This time, i will be exercising (40 minutes walking 4-5 times a week) from the start.

My official re-start date is the 10th but I've some packs left from last time so will begin this coming Thursday.
I managed to lose 4stone last March-July last year but dissapointedly have put on 2stone. I lost sight of my goal and got complacant over the last few months.
One thing I'm pleased about is that I now go running a couple times a week which I'd have never have started before LL and I want to increase it to 3/4 times a week as I've signed up for a half marathon end of March....scary!! I just hope that because I've already been exercising I'll be able to continue on total and feel ok.

Here's to a happy weight losing 2012 to everyone on here.
