Italian - Chicken and Mushroom Risotto in white wine sauce?

Anyone have any idea syn value from an Italian restaurant im trying to add for food diary from weekend?

Maybe allow 6 for any butter/oil and 4 for the wine in it...that's what I'd do.

Thanks for your help im still way under the 105 syns were allowed and just ate half so should be ok
