I had two scoops of lemon sorbet today for my treat...
it wasn't a a planned treat but never the less it was very yummy and I think I did well with the choice considering all the yummy full fat creamy ice creams that were there which I avoided!
so how much do you reckon two scoops of lemon sorbet is?
It was in a little tub so I avoided a cone as well....
i want to just say its 15 syns but not sure ...obv I have no nutritional value to help work syns out..
any ideas!
