I'm finding that the skin on the parts of me that are shrinking are getting really itchy - my stomach particularly, and it's covered in scratchmarks and little scabs where I'm really digging in to scratch. It's not a great look LOL!

Has anyone else found this? I guess it could be something else..but I just keep coming back to the fact that it's the places where the fat is going.

I've been getting itchy but I had put it down to the fact that I am slightly lactose intollerant and itchy skin is one of the symptoms. I'm sure it says somewhere in the literature that dry skin can be a side effect of doing a VLCD (or possibly any diet) but why it should just affect you in the areas where the fat is going is more baffling.
