Itchy skin!

it's driving me mad! I use loads of bio oil but even so certain areas just itch and itch where the skin is shrinking!

No I haven't, it didn't occur to me actually...I just assumed the skin wasn't moisturised enough on those bits?

My wife takes antihistamines for itchy skin (as well as moisturiser)... you can buy the shops own branded ones (very cheap from Tesco) look for the ones with 'Cetirazine' - You don't need Piriton, Zirtek etc... they use exactly the same ingredients.

If you go to a Tesco with a pharmacy you can buy boxes of thirty over the counter... otherwise they come in boxes of 7.

Urghh really don't envy you that Miss Bettany, there's not much worse - I suffer from this though mainly after a bath and I know how horrible it can be. I end up with nail marks where I've clawed at myself.

I just thought it was my eczema popping up in a new area!! Think I might go and get some antihistamines today and see if the itching stops! Good thread - hadn't even thought it might have something to do my my Mini Me emerging!!
