I have been a member for over a year but have been very come and go, lost a few pounds here and there but not sticking to it.
I am now down to my final stone, I am 10 days in and lost 3.5lb so far, 10.5lb left to go.
I am really pleased with my progress and using slimming world's principles I've hardly even really noticed I am on a "diet". I tried slim fast in the past, on which I did lose some weight but I really missed "proper food" if you see what I mean.
Erm, I am 21, married and have a son who is nearly 4. I am currently studying to become a beauty therapist. That's me.
