I've just relieved my 1st delivery. My sample pack seems to have a wide choice of packs, a very informative booklet, a shaker and a tape measure. Going for 4 packs a day. Excited to start.

I'm starting slim and save tomorrow. Got quite a bit to lose, but lost over 5 stones on Cambridge in 2008 so I know I can do it. My main reason is to make it easier to conceive

Today I had a crispy choc shake for breakfast and a maple almond bar for lunch, both were delish! And I have a chicken soup and spicy spaghetti for later. So far I'm LOVING it. The meal packs seem to be far tastier that Cambridge. Already done about 2.5 litres of water too. Happy days.
