its just stopped !!!

Been on slimming would EE for 2 months, lost 14lb. Now just stopped. I go up a would or 2, come down a pound or 2. So basically maintaining. I follow the rules. Eat lots of fruit and veg, lean meat. Have good sized meals with plenty of potatoes/pasta, bt not crazy amounts. It was working great. Any ideas ??? Am on line not meetings so no one to ask
 
Ill be honest that happened to me on EE. So I went back to red and green. It suits me better. I think with EE you get to the stage where portion control has to start playing a part more than it does with the other plans.
