The flapjacks do get easier to take, the fact you can actually eat them now so soon on the diet is amazing

Definitely an acquired taste but as you have found out they do come in handy. I had one last night and it took me about an hour to eat it as I found the taste very strong as it has been two years since I had one, but I know from experience that it will eventually be okayish...
The toilet trips do ease off some, but are still pretty often although not as frequent as the first week when glycogen is coming off as it is stored in the body with lots of water.
If you have no hunger then I would say you are in ketosis.
it is exciting to see how fast the scales go down in the first week!
