    Good morning all

Well the start of another week.........

Sun is shining I am on my 1st Green tea of the day and have bottle of water here on my desk as well.

I have 2 clients this morning, then will be pottering about on and off Facebook, I have got some scrabble games going...That' excellent for keeping away from the kitchen and keeps the brain working.

Have a great morning, I will be back soon

Green tea.....mmmm. I'm on my second mug already. Is there such a thing as too much of this stuff? I've never been a big tea drinker but I'm LOVING green tea!

The only thing I noticed with the green tea is if I drink it just before bed, I am wide awake...It's because it contains Caffiene. So I usually have my last one around 7pm. But I do get throught 5-7 mugs a day.

Thanks Maggie, I'll keep drinking it then :D I'll just make sure I don't have any too late at night. I find it really refreshing, although I still love a mug of strong black coffee in the morning too. I might become a tea convert at this rate! I wonder if there is such a thing as decaf green tea.

    Morning both!

I'm just about to have a GT too!
Weekend from hell....again and it's that time of the month too :(

Feel like death warmed up! I finish earlier today as I have an appointment to see GP.
Jessica announced last night that she wanted a Baby Sister and that she was a BIG BOY! Hmmm...a confused 2 year old!...although the Baby Sister would be nice!

    Thanks both!

Yes...food related again. I just wanted carbs (totm) and instead of removing food from the equation, I just gave in.
More determined than ever now though....Hubby has said we can start trying for another one, but must loose some more weight first!

    Hi all,
Having a bloomin miserable time. DH is understandably upset and angry about what's happened to him (he's had a heart attack - luckily a small one) and he is having to give up smoking, but he is awful to live with at the moment. So snappy with me and the kids. The atmosphere in the house is awful.

Have picked at bits of protein but haven't eaten much as I don't really feel like it. Even so, looks like I have put ON a pound. How fair is that?

Anyone got any nice cheery news?

well stuck at uni and refusing to let myself go home until i do some work. 1 tetra and 1 litre and a half done already, should have another litre done before i go home. weighed myself this morn and accordin to scales ive stayed the same despite my blip yesterday, but i know im out of ketosis, my breath is far too fresh! going to keep downing the water and hoping to slip back into ketosis without too much hassle!

    Hi Again all

    well ....

Tiffers - i bet you have lost some weight - even if you havent lets look at the bigger picture - it would still mean 10lb in two weeks even if you stay the same and thats WELL on track to your stone in a month! stay positive.

Mocha j - yep the worlds favourite - well it was when i joined 20 years ago! seem to be the presses favorite for slagging off more than anything these days! Still if theyre bitching about us it saves someone else suffering it!

Hedgemag - favebook scrabble sounds wonderful but i cant find the application - any chance you could send me an invite please? you might save me from my wicked ways as i am addicted to blackjack right now!!!

Mrs V and k-nine - just big hugs and sorry youre not having the best of times
    xx

well ii have spent the whole morning organizing christmas cards ( all written but cant find addresses for about 18 people grrr ) , christmas pressies - all bought except about 20
and birthday gifts - as my neice and nephew turn 10 and 7 on dec 7th and 8th

    now im broke!! lol
