Its my wedding anniversary tomorrow........

Yep, 10 years of wedded bliss!
Moved house twice, had 2 kids, had 3 holidays, been skint most of the time and changed our car umpteen times...
Oh and loads of fights too lol

Dh wants me to eat with him tomorrow. I am on SS
Suggestions please for a meal that I can have which won;t knock me out of ketosis? I am thinking having the AAM chicken and salad???

Happy Anniversary for tomorrow. If you're eating out then stick with chicken/turkey/white fish with salad no dressing or green veg, it won't knock you out of ketosis and you can easily get straight back to SSing the following day.

Thanks MadamDotty. I think we will be staying in cleaning up after the heating contractors :sigh: This anniversary comes slap bang in the middle of my house renovations... better now though than in kids 6 week hols!
So I guess I will just have to cook!!!!

Well, the workmen have gone and we have set the house to a sort of rights.
I am gonna have some chicken and salad with hubby tonight and hopefully it won't knock me out of ketosis!
