Same old, same old - still doing fine and the results are pushing me on now. Getting fed up of people saying:
Oooh, I couldn't do that!
Oooh that can't be good for you!
Is it safe?
Why don't you just eat less and join a gym?
How much longer are you going to do it?
How can you sit here drinking that while I eat my chips/curry/buttie etc etc?
Are you allowed alcohol?
