I've been on Slimming World in the past (albeit briefly) and I've decided to start it again, starting tomorrow (the pounds are really creeping on). I'm going to go to the group session on Monday so until then can anyone check how many syns are in the Itsu Veggie Box? Meant to be going to Itsu with work colleagues tomorrow, and I remember they only have 300 calories so hoping it's not too many syns...
