I'v been ill and eating !!!!

    Well I have had a virus this weekend and my body was screaming out for carbs. I'V been eating bread and soup and had a sunday roast. Some people go off food when they are ill but I'm not one one of them, I need food. :sigh::break_diet

    Any way, back on it today and I may get weighed on friday, (I'm not going to get weighed yet cos if I'v put weight on I'll be gutted).

    Cant help being ill hun, as long as your back on track now. I am also one of those ppl that need to eat when there ill, good proba food! lol. Good luck for friday x

    Oh dear, what a pity. You seem to have gone very heavy on the carbs which will possibly have undone a lot of your good work. Ina situation like that, you possible would have been better off sticking to proteins only as this might have minimised the damage.
    Anyway, move on now and stay focussed. Try not to let anything divert you from your diet.

    dido to wat irish molly said you most definitely have put on weight but it will be gone before you know it just get back on the horse and you will be back in ketosis before you know it. xxx

    Ah, I'm sorry to hear you've been unwell!

    I was ill a little while ago, but, luckily even without LT, I wouldn't have been able to stomach anything - couldn't even manage the shakes!

    You probably will have put on weight! I put on about 7lbs in a day when I broke the diet, I'm sure a lot of that was water, but still, sounds like you've gone for the carbs - so, don't feel too bad if you have put on - think of it as a lesson learnt! Will be shifted in no time though!

    You sure it wasn't just you thinking you needed food??? You probably didnt as the shakes contain all the nutrients we need - if your ill then they probably wouldve been the best thing to have!!! But bread and a roast - you have undone the hardwork you have done getting into ketosis.

    I think you should have a weigh in to see the damage.
    That being said, good luck getting back on to it :)
