hi everyone my name is nicola and about 4 weeks ago i bought 4 weeks supply of exante meal packs but i just cant do it dont no why because i lost over 4 stone on lighter life but its just not happening this time. i also lost 2 1/2 stone on slimming world but when i stopped going put back on 12 lbs so iv started back and an hoping 2 lose 1st by christmas.hav lost 2 1/2 lbs this week so iv made a start.any one starting slimming world recentley id love some one 2 go along with.good luck every one.

Good luck with SW. A VLCD definitely isnt for everyone and Id say impossible to do if youre not in the right mind set. Im sure youll enjoy SW
