Just had it and it was lovely! I used chicken instead of prawns because OH doesn't like them (boo hoo) and mine was runny as well. I didnt leave it on the heat for longer though. I didn't mind though as it went in all the rice which i like!

Thanks for the recipe! Are there any other good things in that book that aren't too spicy? I can't decide whether to get it or not
