...three days in a row. I hate it, it hurts. The trainer lady is the devil's spawn :(

what kinda stuff does she have you doing? I go and do treadmill, rower, bike and some machines for arms and chest etc.... going to get a trainer too though just to make sure I am doing the right stuff for toning and loosing weight too...
