to my weight watchers diet ... I had started just healthy eating and exercise on the 2nd Jan but find myself worried about if I've eaten too much of this or that even though I lost 4lbs this week, so thought I would follow ww from home as from today as I still have all of my books and planners/journal etc so here goes atleast then I may stop worrying if I've over eaten as I will have it all written down and my points to follow
