Not sure if that's where I will stay - depends how I feel when I get there. Am going to try to stay on this as long as I can although I'll admit that it's getting more difficult now so I don't expect to stay on track all the time like I did for the first few months. That's ok tho because as long as I get to goal I don't mind that it takes a bit longer as I feel so much better now already.
