Dunno what the hell is wrong with me. I'm doing so well on CD and absolutely love it but I just can't seem to get myself in the zone. I find myself eating when I know I shouldn't be but I just can't help putting the crap in my mouth. I'm going to speak to my CDC tomorrow to see what she can suggest. I seem to be doing the diet about 75% of the week and just can't seem to get a grip................

Oh Oh... are you ssing or what plan are you on? perhaps you need to do the next step. Either that or wire your jaw so all you can have are the shakes:silly:

Try to think back to why you started CD.

Sometime we feel we deserve a break because we are happy with the achievement we have made but this is a dangerous step as its not so easy second time round and the weight slips back on quickly if your head is not in the game.

I used to struggle that when I was naughty I thought I might as well carry on being naughty as the damage was done. I soon learnt (thankfully) to draw a line after the first naughtiness and make it a naughty minute not a naughty evening.

I know how you feel....Today I had a slice of toast with honey, then a croissant THEN a small roast dinner :eek: I will get back on track though!!!!!!

write down how it makes you feel when you eat hun....there might be something behind it....
i think maybe going on a higher plan that allows the food would be a better option for a couple of weeks....see how you get on with it when the food is "allowed"
