Jack monroe recipes - peach and chickpea curry

Hi guys, I was just wondering if anybody has any info on syns for Jack Monroe recipes?

The particular recipe I'm thinking of is the peach and chickpea curry. There is also a side of potato and spinach that goes with it, but for the main recipe the ingredients are:

250g canned chickpeas (drained weight) - from Aldi
1 onion
1 fat clove of garlic
1 chilli
a splash of oil - substitute for 1 cal fry
1 rounded tsp cumin (ground or seeds)
1 x 400g tin of peaches - includes the juice, but could equally leave it out - from Aldi
1 x 400f carton or tin of chopped tomatoes - from Aldi
a handful of fresh coriander, finely chopped
1 stock cube, veg or chicken

I love this dish, and serve with boiled rice. It looks low syn, but is it syn free that's the question!

Apart from the oil and the peaches it looks syn free to me, the peaches would need to be synned if cooking them

To my knowledge it is less satisfying when cooked or blended
